Where do you source your materials and stock from?
All of our materials and stock are sourced from companies in the UK.
Do you keep all of your jewellery in stock?
We understand how frustrating it is to purchase an item only to find at the checkout that the item is out of stock. With this in mind, we show on each page whether or not the items are in or out of stock.
Which postal service do you use?
All of our deliveries are sent via the Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For which means you should receive your order within a day or two of ordering. If you should require next day delivery please do get in touch.
If I order an item at the weekend, when will it be dispatched?
Any orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday via the Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for service.
Can I add an item or change my order?
Unfortunately once the order has been submitted we cannot add items to the order but please feel free to place another order. If you realise you need to amend your order as soon as it has been placed, please send an e-mail to email@example.com to see if this is possible. Please note that earrings and personalised items are non returnable/non refundable.
If in the unlikely event that we foresee a delay of your order we will contact you right away and keep you informed.
