Where do you source your materials and stock from?
All of our materials and stock are sourced from companies in the UK.
Do you keep all of your jewellery in stock?
We understand how frustrating it is to purchase an item only to find at the checkout that the item is out of stock. With this in mind, we show on each page whether or not the items are in or out of stock.
Which postal service do you use?
All of our deliveries are sent via the Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For which means you should receive your order within a day or two of ordering.
If I order an item at the weekend, when will it be dispatched?
Any orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday via the Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for service.
Can I add an item or change my order?
Unfortunately once the order has been submitted we cannot change or add items to the order, due to the speed of our packing team, your parcel may well already be on its way to you. However most items are returnable so please do contact us and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that personalised items are non returnable/non refundable.
If in the unlikely event that we foresee a delay of your order we will contact you right away and keep you informed.
