If you would
like to return an item, please return your goods within 14 days of receiving
them and we will be happy to process a refund for the cost of the item, unfortunately we cannot accept the cost of returns. You must then return the item within 14 days. Items must be returned as new,
unworn and in original gift packaging. Unfortunately we are unable to accept
returned items that are not in perfect condition.
Unfortunately we cannot refund earrings due to hygiene reasons, this however does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will be made within 5 days of receiving the returned items to the debit/credit card made to purchase the items.
So we can process your return quickly and efficiently, please contact us asap, enclose a copy of your receipt/order number and return it to the address below in a tamper proof envelope. We recommend you return items using Royal Mail Signed For service, unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of returns and cannot be held responsible for items not reaching us.
Please note that personalised items are non returnable/non refundable.
All items are checked before dispatch to ensure they are in perfect condition when they leave The Keepsake. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item please let us know immediately and we will arrange a replacement or refund if the item is no longer available.
Jewellery needs to be cared for, please remove before sleeping and bathing and take care not to spray perfume onto your jewellery. We are unable to refund customer damaged items, however your statutory rights are not affected.
